Had a great visit with my stepdaughter until the checkout personnel ruined it. It was an older female, checking us out I believe her name is Sally. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not let me schedule a follow up appointment as I am not a legal parent. I asked her to be present while she’s scheduling it on the phone with my stepdaughter‘s father because we share a car so the appointment time would depend on my work hours and she had refused and gave me attitude and told me I have to leave. I hope she finds a new job that makes her more happy or drinks a little bit more coffee in the morning before she talks to humans.

My son had to have a procedure and had Dr Nick and Margaret for his appt today. HANDS DOWN best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office, especially with kids. Vibes were immaculate. They were so comforting and talked him through everything, it was the best he’s ever done for a dental procedure and I give full credit to Dr Nick and Margaret for making him so comfortable. Will be requesting them for my other kids’ appts!!!

We have been coming here to roc kids with Maria, and Dr. Nick for just about my kids entire life. They are amazing with the kids, very detailed about what they are going to do and the process. We have had such a positive experience with Maria and dr Nick and would strongly recommend them. The best part is typical and neurodivergent child know exactly what to expect and it is always the same dr and hygienist. I love that my children love going to the dentist and look forward to it. If I could give a 10 I would.

They have such an AMAZING team! To make my daughter feel comfortable anytime she has been there and having such a great attitude :)! 10/10 recommend to bring your kiddos. Dr Nick and Margret were fantastic as always !!

Our experience at this office has been very disappointing. Appointments consistently felt rushed, but our most recent visit was especially concerning. After my daughter had a crown placed, she developed an abscess and ultimately needed the tooth extracted. During the procedure, she was given novocaine and was in significant pain from the injections—she was crying, screaming, and clearly terrified. When the dentist returned to continue, she instinctively grabbed his hand out of fear and said she “couldn’t breathe.” Instead of offering reassurance, he responded sternly “let go of my hands” and continued the procedure without addressing her distress. As her parent, it was very difficult to watch. I had to step in and remind him that she is only 7 years old and was experiencing something frightening and overwhelming. There was little effort made to comfort or calm her, and the interaction felt rushed and lacking compassion. While the front desk staff and dental hygienists have always been kind and professional, this experience with the dentist was upsetting enough that we will be transferring care elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages a more patient, empathetic approach—especially
